Appa Plus is a calcium hydroxide paste with iodoform designed for use as a temporary or permanent root filling material. Packaged in a convenient syringe, it eliminates the need for messy mixing, allowing for quick and precise application during endodontic procedures.

1. Calcium Hydroxide with Iodoform:
   • The active ingredients, calcium hydroxide and iodoform, are known for their combined antibacterial properties and ability to stimulate the healing process.

Directions for Use:

1. Preparation:
   • Complete the bio-mechanical preparation of the root canal by disinfecting and thoroughly drying the canal.
2. Application:
   • Insert the tip of the syringe inside the canal and gently push the plunger to dispense Appa Plus into the canal.
   • Keep the dispensing tip loose in the canal and avoid applying excessive pressure to prevent overfilling.
   • Slowly withdraw the syringe as you fill the canal.
3. Finalization:
   • Ensure that the canal is evenly filled without creating air pockets.
   • Use a sterile cotton swab to remove any excess paste from the canal entrance before sealing.
